: Hello everybody,
: I'm interested in the 300 M Chronometer
: Titanium on Titanium Ref. 2231.50.00, and I
: have a couple of questions: 1) When I saw
: the watch at an authorized dealer, the
: writing on the bezel looked blueish. Is that
: how it's supposed to look like (on black
: dial)?
I've seen this before. I've always thought it was odd. The only thing I can think is they mix up the blue dial Ti SeMP Bezel with the black dial Ti SeMP Bezel. I don't know if this is the norm or not.
: 2) I like the light weight and look of the
: titanium. But is it really worth the
: difference of $745 in MRSP when compared to
: the same model in SS (Ref. 2254.50.00)?
I prefer the Stainless Steel. I don't like the color of Ti and I don't like the way it oxidizes. I personally don't think the $745 is worth it, unless it's a really big, heavy watch, which the Seamaster Pro isn't particularly.
: 3) Is a 25% discount from an authorized dealer
: a good one? I still have to pay tax though?
: It doeas look bad when compared to online
: prices...
You can do better. Check your E-Mail
: Thanks for your help...
