1) Go look carfully at ones you know are real by visiting an auth. dealer.
2) Look at the pics. at the Omega official website, print them in color.
3) Read the section in this site about how to spot fakes.
4) Ask owner if he has all paperwork, take a look at it. Was it filled out by local auth. dealer?
5) Be sure to check that it has serial number in right spot.
