It's a Certified Chronometer, which the Speedmaster is not. That means the movement has been individually tested and Certifed to meet an accuracy tolerence of +6/-4 seconds per day. I think the 38mm is the right size for most men. I have the 41mm, but I'm a big guy. It has the Co-Axial Escapement which is a nice thing, and also comes with a 3 year Omega Warranty, because of the Co-Axial, rather than 2. It's just a better watch in my opinion.
