I love the looks of the Seamasters, but there's something about most of them that rather bugs me: the hour marks around the circumference of the face are so large, they overlap the adjacent second/minute marks. (This is not the case, of course, with the so-called James Bond faces.)
I appreciate the bold appearance this lends (especially with my post-40 eyesight), but I have an appreciable penchant for precision. I'm not certain whether this will annoy me or not (my present quartz watch possesses all second/minute marks).
How do you guys feel about this? Perhaps I'm just neurotic.
