Hi
I recently bought a Seamaster Pro, mid size automatic. I've wanted one for ages and finally have it. It is excellent in every way, apart from the fact that after 2 weeks it had gained nearly 10 minutes! After reading up on this site ( I wish I had found it before purchasing, maybe I could have saved some cash!! Keith can you also suggest retailers in the UK? ) and following the advice re. leaving the watch in different positions overnight I can now keep it accurate almost to the second over a period of time. If I had not read it here I never would have beleived that position could have such a great effect on the speed of the movement. Anyway, just wanted to say thanks, and this is one of the best designed sites I have seen in a while. Phil.
