While the ACC has only been around for a short while the Broad Arrown (containing 3303) has been around since 1998-1999 (I think) and any problems, especially with the movement, Omega would have taken care of in the 4-5 years.
I have very limited knowledge on the problems but from what I do know it was the earlier generations so if you do go with the ACC ask your retailer if he can give you the date of production, if not ask him if you can write it down, and contact Omega with it.
Good Luck!
