New owner (sort of)

I recently ordered a Americas Cup Seamaster chronograph with stainless band (2590.50.00)and a reduced speedmaster "moon watch"(3510.50.00)thru the US military exchange. I purchased them both for slightly under 3K. I have told my better half that I was uncertain which I wanted so I'll look at both and return the other. The reality is that I will most likely keep both, one for a sports watch the other for a dress watch. I was able to put my hands on both while on vacation and numerous others as well (although I wouldn't mind procurring a Stainless GMT as well) I think I'll be satisfied with my purchases. Did I pay to much? Do you think I'll be satisfied? Any constructive and or objective criticism would be appreciated. Very enjoyable informative site! Just wish I had found it prior to my order!
