First, the piece you are calling a surround is actually called the "bezel" -- knowing the right name for it will make it much easier to find the right part.

Since you didn't specify what you'd already tried, let's start with the basics. Have you tried taking it to a watch repair shop and see if they can order the part?

If they cannot find one, then you might try sending it to the Omega service center in your country or the main one in Switzerland. See the Customer Service section of the official Omega site (www.omegawatches.com) for the addresses.
