Don't know pricing value of the watch you're looking at (is the site in Arkansas?) but I HAVE heard about these watching loosing the ability to store energy over the years...the capacitor's ability to store power gets less and less, etc. I looked at this watch too...finally passed it by for an automatic. It is my very non-professional opinion that this watch will not have the same value as other Omegas (even quartz) that you might select - if we're both on the same target site you might notice my initials on the GMT that I just bought and will receive tomorrow. The operator of that site told me he was receiving a GMT in a few days that sported a steel bracelet...call the guy (he's very well regarded everywhere) and see what else he might have on hand or due in before making your final decision.
