Go to time.gov for the official US time. To synch. the watch pull the crown out to 3rd position (time setting) when the second hand is exactly over 12, next set the minute hand making sure that its its centered over the indice. You should set the time on the watch a minute or two ahead of the clock and than when the clock reaches the time you've set push the crown back in and the watch is synchronized.
