Condensation inside Seamaster Pro Chronograph

I have had the Chrono for about 3 1/2 to 4 years, but a few days ago noticed condensation on the inside to the point where its obscuring the face.

No idea how this happened, but I pulled out the helium valve and let it sit for a while to let it ventilate and its had no effect. I read a couple of years ago about how the seals on these watched deteriorate and need to be replaced otherwise this problem can occur.

Any advice as to a course of action (taking it back to the dealer I bought it from which will make its way back to Omega-heard horror stories about Omega's service department though). Any idea of costs associated with fixing this problem would be appreciated.
