The full COSC test is more than just positions, it measures at different temperatures, too. Plus there are a number of specific measurements besides the often quoted +6/-4. So without the full COSC spec, which I haven't seen published anywhere, you can merely try similar test.

Also, understand that he +6/-4 range is based on the AVERAGE of all the measurements. The watch is not expected to stay within that range under each possible position and temperature.
