After scouring the Omega website and settling on the Omega style I felt would be the one for me, I visited two authorized dealers only to be told that the model is being discontinued (Seamaster 120m 2311.21 gold/steel). Although it is likely I can locate this model, I'm wondering why this particular model is being discontinued. Does this speak to the lack of popularity? Insufficient sales? Problems with this model? How will value be affected?
I'd appreciate any input from the knowledgeable contributors on this forum.
