Speedsonic f300

I am looking for some information if you don't mind guys.

I have had a couple of Omegas for a few years now. Both inherited, one of which I sometimes wear, (A speedmater) and the other that just sat in a box until the other day. I looked up this watch on the internet and it seems to be quite rare. Its a Seamaster Speedsonic f300. Can anynone tell me anything about it.
Also, I Have tried to find a similar Spedmaster to the one that I wear and can nopt find one which is the same, I know its not a knocker (fake) because it has been to Switzerland for a service. I is has a white face with gold inserts and hands, a gold tachymetre with black inserts, a steel body with gold winder etc, a gold and steel strap "811" and a gold omega sign on the clasp. Any idea's?

Many thanks

Oggy
