: Dear all,

: After posting my message that my newly bought
: AC chrono is gaining over 20 seconds/day a
: few days before. I was advised that my watch
: may be magnetised. I started to time my
: watch every hour to ascertain whether its
: gain is uniform throughout the day or not.

: To my surprise, my watch only gain 3 to 4
: second during the most of the day and it
: start runnning "crazy" fast
: between the hour 7-9 pm. The gain within
: that period of time is over 15 seconds! This
: pattern has been observed for 2 days and I
: will keep timing that.

: Did anyone have ever experienced that? Thank
: you very much.

I have the AC Chrono for about 4 months now. My watch may gain or lose 2 or 3 sec a day. The MOST it has EVER gained is 5 seconds. In leiu of an expensive watchwinder, I also found that (for my particular AC) laying it on the side will tend to lose seconds over a few days & standing it upright will gain a few seconds over time. So whenever I have a time difference (gain or loss), I lay it flat or stand it up. For the most part my AC Chrono watch is incredibally acurate and I love it..
