I wouldn't discount a jeweler yet. Sometimes you can get super deals on brand new watches, with the full Omega warrant and serial numbers, etc. A standard discount offered is 20% but people have been known to get 35% without trying too terribly hard. Remember - don't settle on something like this, you may regret it in the future.
Also, you could look for pre-owned Omegas that are pretty cheap and well taken care of.
