I seem to be answering my own question...I have found on the Omega Japan website (official site) that this watch was released in Japan and is called the 'New 120' - It's limited to 1,000 peices and seems to be a mix between the out going 120 and the newer Aqua Terra, like the old 120 I gather that it uses the 1120 movement.
