Should be. But probably have a different texture finish on them.

The first four digits are the model number of the bracelet. The last three are indicate which end-pieces are used.

And you actually use this feature? If not, it would be silly to worry about it. But if you do use the diver's clasp, then just keep opening and closing it until it starts to pop open easier.
