Ok, I bought myself a nice new seamaster bond, and plan to buy a speedmaster pro soon. So what do I buy my wife? I have given her Seiko's in the past to good effect. She has little knowledge about good watches, would probably not appreciate an automatic or a winder (why did you buy me an old inaccurate watch?) but there is a rub. Her father died recently and left her a nice 1960's Omega. I cleaned it up and it still runs great (a manual winder). So given her dad's watch and my Omega purchases she is interested in an Omega for herself.
What do I buy her? Don't get me wrong, she is great and tolerates all my excessive hobbies! I would like to buy her a watch she would appreciate, not necessarily one that I would appreciate.
Any suggestions welcome, we are talking Christmas here, under $1000 if possible!!!
Thanks,
Tim
