Please allow me to colaborate with the valuable comments that Derek and Gerardo already shared with you.
I am totally sure that in CanCun you will find more than one authorized OMEGA dealer. I don't have their references or info by hand but you just have to check the jewerly stores on the several upscale shopping malls in the city. I can tell you by my own experience that you will not have to pay for the IVA ( 15% TAX ) since CanCun is a duty free port and there is always an open possibility to negociate a discount ( 10% - 20% ) if you are paying by cash.
