You already gave us the answer. You admire and respect your kids because both of them are good hard working guys.
Give the TAG to the one that is interested on it. Sit down with him and spend some time talking with him about how much do you appreciate your watch and how hard is was for you to afford it.
Let him know that you are giving him the watch as a special gift simply because you love him.
