It is woven leather with a brushed steel tang-type buckle. Omega also has a deployant clasp of the kind that retrofits onto a tang-type strap.
I have the non-chronograph version of the Dynamic and find it looks great on other yellow straps, too. I especially like it on a yellow shark-look strap I found.
