If you invested in a new co-axial deville, and purchased it from an authorized Omega dealer, then you are entitled to service directly from Omega's Lancaster PA service center. I would send it directly to them for evaluation. Keep in mind it could take a Month till you get it back.

If it's a used deville, or your watch seller is not Omega authorized, then I would still send it to Lancaster, accept it may cost you a few hundred dollars. I put absolutely zero faith in local watch dealers. most of them barely know enough to change quartz batteries, or waterproof seal an automatic.

Many will tell you even Lancaster PA watchmakers are pretty careless too. I have had to send a watch back twice, but they finally get it right if you make enough noise. It just takes a while, that's all.
