This IS a tough one to size,but not impossible.
The hollow little tube WILL slide right out of the center link onto the floor,my first one did,but I found it.Notice one side of the pin is "notched,thats important.
I can't see this version of the SMP bracelet ever falling apart,I needed needle nose pliers to pull the links,they are THAT tight!
I took out three full sized links for a nice,slightly loose 6.5 inch wrist fit.

BTW,I avoided this watch for years because of not being sure of being able to get the proper fit with no fine adjustments.Sorry I did,or I'd have owned an SMP a long time ago.
