Dear All,
I just bought my first seamaster automatic, with signs on the face, dial and back. It has dual-tone face and numbers 1 to 12 in gold (or bronse) typical of the late 40s- early 50s style. I have pictures if interested to look at.
The questions is is it really late 40's (because seamaster does not appear until 1948) or is it a special edition? otherwise, I geust I need to open the back and get the serial number and movent info.
