All the better Non Authorized Omega Resellers do this;

Getting discounts down to 40% off list is pretty standard for cash. If the discount is more than 50% off list I suspect that may be a display model.
Now I have a question for you;
I'm coming from NYC to Toronto in a few weeks. Is there any sort of VAT or Sales Tax up there? I may buy cash & carry from these guys.
I'm not concerned about US Customs. They are too worried about terrorists, or plant & animal contaminents to duty my new watch...
