That is a diving bezel -- it ROTATES so you can use it for certain timing measurements. Simply grab it firmly and rotate it counter-clockwise until it is in the right position again.

Make sure you order the right links... look for a number like 1503 or 1504 on the inside of the bracelet. That tells exactly which version and width of bracelet you have.
