Derek, I don't think that this is a parallax error

If you look at the picture (I took the colors out, trying to make a clearer picture), you will notice that there is a misallignment in every corner. If it was a parallax error, I don't think that it would be evenly distributed over the bezel. Besides that, the angles doesn't make sense for a parallax error. The top marker is aligned with 12 o'clock but the bezel is misaligned. The whole inset is misaligned.
