The modern Dynamic non-Chronograph is officially 19mm, but I have used a number of 20mm straps on it with no problem -- though some require a light squeeze to put on, they almost never show any visible crimping as the edges.

In addition, the NATO straps are usually slightly under the full 20mm in width and look an absolute perfect fit on the 19mm Dynamic.

For brown leather straps, I've found several I like at Dakota Watch Company. See their web site for their locations (mainly Eastern USA) and printable coupons.
