Anthony,
I have two of this same model in 18k/SS. This model was known as the Speedmaster Classic or Speedmaster Heritage and sometimes as the "Golden Gate" model. They were only manufactured in the early 1990's.
I understand that the movement is a modified Valjoux designated as an Omega 1150. As far as I know, no stainless version was offered.
They were available from the factory with the hesalite or sapphire crystals. My 1990 Classic has the hesalite while the 1992 has the sapphire.
As to the value of the all gold, I can't say as I have not been fortunate to find one for sale but IMHO the Classic is the most beautiful and desirable of all the Speedmasters.
Regards,
John
