So I just purchased a black midsize chronometer SMP from an authentic dealer over the phone. I received the watch on Tuesday. I look at my watch this evening, and it stopped ticking. I tried manually winding it, changing date, time, etc. but it will not start. I am so frustrated. I purchased this watch as a present for going to law school in a week, and it breaks two days after receiving it. What do I do? I emailed the Swatch Group in lancaster, PA from the email address on Omega's website. Will I have to ship it to them, then wait for them to fix and receive it? Maybe taking several weeks?? This is ridiculous. What are my options. Can I take to an authorized dealer for them to send it? Please help! Thanks,
Keene
