I sell Omegas and I like the silver dial, but it can be hard to read in low light conditions.Ya gotta remember, I see this watch every day from various angles(hell, I may as well own it!) If you've already heard me say this, then stop reading now. I will simply reiterate; stand about 10-15 feet away from this watch, if possible without people in the store wondering what you're doing. If you can read the time from this distance, then buy it.
I think the silver dial is a great 'daytime' watch. I would say that about ANY watch with a silver dial (Rolex DateJust, Tag Heuer 2000 Series, etc).
But when things get a little dim, the silver hands can tend to blend in with the color of the dial.
However, if you really like the watch, buy it. You can't really go wrong.
After all, it's an Omega.
