GMT questions

I have decided to get a Black GMT, but I have several questions that came up while browsing different jewelry stores (I am amazed at the ignorance of the vast majority of the sales people!)

Does the black GMT come in brushed metal or only polished? I noticed that the white GMT comes in brushed metal.

I have seen two different types of bracelet: One with one push-button, no diver's extension, and some polished accents; and another with two push-buttons, diver's extension and all-brushed (no polished accents) Which is the "correct" bracelet for the GMT? Would it be possible to get one with the all-brush bracelet or was this a one-off? Or maybe it is only for the white GMT?

Thanks, I have learned more about watches in this website in one day than during my whole life.
