I've had bad problems with Omega service through my dealer here in Germany, which were resolved by simply sending the watch directly to Omega.

Send them a nice letter (dead trees, postal stamp, the old fashioned way, wont'be as easily dismissed as e-mail) to get a bit of attention first.
