I am not able to verify the one you mentioned is authentic or not.
But 3576.50.00 is a genuine model - Standard moon watch dial with moon phase and date display at 12, with SS case and bracelet, display back. The package comes with a nice pin for adjusting the date and moon phase correctors too.
List price is around USD3,000.
It is stunning. The first batch just arrived at Hong Kong this week.
