When I emailed them last week and told about how I really wanted a serial number on the watch that I buy, if I buy from them, they said that the model 2531.80.00 will include serial numbers. I know Keith had his removed, but if you ask to have the serial number not removed, perhaps they will do that for you. One thing to remember; before making a major purchase such as this (I consider anything over 500 bucks pretty major), make sure to email the company with many questions, making sure you are getting the product that you want with the specifications that you want at the price that you want. good luck.
