No. Because under normal conditions there is no excess pressure inside the watch to release.
Maybe if you climbed to the top of a very high mountain (where the ambient air pressure would be very low) and opened the valve, there might be a small amount of pressure released from the watch. But still unlikely enough to make a noticable sound.
