: And the worse is that every repair service says
: it is very rare that omegas have
: problems....I'm really starting to
: wonder....maybe swatch has something to do
: with the pore quality of service...like for
: all...ALL companies that are bought by
: greater forces....Anyhow, I guess I'll have
: to comunicate directly with the headquarters
: to put an end to this saga.....Have you
: resolved your watch problems?? DJT.
Well, hopefully I'll get my watch back from service in the end of next week. If it's not working properly when it's back, I'll just have to send it to Bienne and write a letter about this problem. In fact I want a new watch if they can't fix it here in Sweden. What's the use of a local servicecenter if they can't do their job? And yes, if Omega was an "in house" manufacture, these problems would not be so common. The servicecenter, at least over here, repairs ALL swatch brands, not just Omega.
