Re: Strange thing about DiamondDepot though

: When I emailed them last week and told about
: how I really wanted a serial number on the
: watch that I buy, if I buy from them, they
: said that the model 2531.80.00 will include
: serial numbers. I know Keith had his
: removed, but if you ask to have the serial
: number not removed, perhaps they will do
: that for you. One thing to remember; before
: making a major purchase such as this (I
: consider anything over 500 bucks pretty
: major), make sure to email the company with
: many questions, making sure you are getting
: the product that you want with the
: specifications that you want at the price
: that you want. good luck.

They may very well give you one with a SN. They say they are using a different distributer. I don't think DD is the one who removed it. That would serve THEM no purpose. BTW, they have had my watch back for more than a week now, and have yet to credit back my card. We are thinking we MAY have to dispute the charge with the card company. For what it is worth.
