I'm not sure what kind of info you are after, but here is some info & are a few links ( No particular sequence).
The watch came on the market in 1969 & was probably available until at least 1976. It uses the 861 movement, which was also fitted in the Speedmaster Pro ( moonwatch) made at the same time.
There are 3 basic models of the MK II. the "plain" black one ( I have one of these), the "Racing" version ( Has a red/orange checkered ring around the outside of the dial & slightly different hands) & a gold version.
Whilst the watch was more expensive than the Speedmaster Pro new, it is worth less now. ( around 400 - 750 $ U.S. - depending on condition/papers/box etc etc)
