I didn't say nobody could ever compare to Connery, just that so far, he has been the hands down best at the role. Connery was a virtual unknown at the time of his first Bond movie, and that role made him famous. It's possible they could do the same with an unknown once again. However, they need to rely far less on high tech special effects and actually let the man who plays Bond carry the movie, like Connery's did.
