Hey CoffeKid, I have been to Rodeo (at Oakridge I assume) several times and they do seem like a bunch of stuck-snobs. Don't forget there are a lot of people with too much money around that mall. With the clientele at that place, they can afford to give attitude to people that don't buy from them. I just pop in now and then to check out the stock they have. If I were serious in buying at an 'authorized' outlet, check out Lugaro's in Park Royal South. Much much friendlier staff, better prices.
