Thanks for the recommendation. Actually, I got a list of authorized dealers in SF and began calling them. (I wonder, BTW, if the list on the Omega website is complete: there were some obvious omissions, like Saks, Neimans, Tourneau, and so on).
Anyway, the guy at Macy's said they wouldn't do a sizing unless the watch had been bought there.
At Bailey Banks and Biddle, they will do it, but they send it out and it takes a week.
Finally I just called the Omega Service Center. They were very, very nice - told me just to walk in and they would take care of it. The women who answered the phone was even apologetic over the fact that they would likely to have to charge me for it (i.e., since I've had the watch for a while and bought the bracelet on my own). I mean, I assumed I was going to be paying for this.
