One of the pins on my SMP buckle broke. I'm stuck at school in Cleveland, and there aren't any jewelers around here that can fix it. It seems like a waste to send it to Omega and have them charge me an arm and a leg (it's two months out of warranty), to fix it and for shipping. I'm thinking if waiting until I get back home to LA in Dec, and having Tourneau take a look, but do you think I can order the part from Omega and fix it myself? I've attached an image. Also, if I just buy a new strap (rubber), is it easy to take out my old one and put the new one in? And if anyone knows where I could get a good deal on the blue ridged rubber strap, please let me know. Thanks.
