No Internet dealers are authorized by Omega. So that shop is definitely a gray market dealer.
Also ordering from outside your country, you might have to pay import duties on the watch when it comes through customs.
Engraving? Fine if you want to, but does NOT seem a worthwhile expense for your purposes. The serial number should identify your watch. And personal engraving greatly reduces the value of the watch should you ever wish to resell it.
