I called Omega in Pennsylvania about gettting my Speedmaster in for its general service, it's about 6 years old. They told me that since I am in NYC I could, instead of sending it to them, take it to 'Swiss Watch Repair Center' in Manhattan. Omega told me they are authorized to do the work. I could however, still send it to PA, Omega said. Also, ineterestingly enough, Omega told me that they do all the work in PA on the watches that come to them. I thought they were sent to CH.
Anyone have any experience with this company in NYC?
What would be the recommendation? Have the work done by Swiss Watch Repair Center or send it to Omega in PA?
I am leaning toward Omega in PA.
Thanks
Will
