Rolex bracelets -- especially the Jubilee bracelet on the DateJust series -- stretch because they are made of open, flat loops of metal. The metal itself does not stretch, but a flat piece of metal can be bent. That ability to bend can cause the loop to be pulled from a more circular shape to a more oval shape over time. That makes the whole bracelet stretch into a longer one.
This is much more a problem with the gold link Rolex bracelets, but can still occur on just the all steel bracelets. The Rolex Oyster bracelet is made of more solid construction and is not particularly affected by this problem.
Most modern Omega bracelets are made of solid blocks of metal. Solid blocks of metal won't bend or stretch like that.
