things being equal, I think...

: the Aqua Terra is a much better value.

just a few minor points.

the only Aqua Terra's with a case back are the 41mm models as far as I can tell.

the Deville's steal their styling from highlights of many older Omega models, while the Aqua Terra attempts to be original.

as someone who's wanted a Deville for a long time, I'm also mystified by the premium pricing especially on any of the Gold models.

however, this is a slight mystique to a watch that is ONLY available in Co-Axial, while many Aqua Terra's can be found in Quartz.

Personally, I prefer the Deville, but have not been able to afford one yet so I'm on the sidelines waiting for a price break, or a lightly used one to show up on ebaY.

As much as I admire Aqua Terra's attempts at original styling, it's simply not attractive enough to command my watch dollars.

Most of the Aqua Terra's on Omega.ch are NOT available in retail, while all the Deville are. So even though the Deville retail for more, you can get better discounts on them compared to the unavailable Aqua Terra's which can only be ordered through a dealer.
