Are these signs of a new watch?

Hi,
I bought a couple of weeks ago a Seamaster professional chronograph from an unauthorized dealer in Manhattan (not via internet).
The watch came :

1)With serial numbers
2)with the red dot seal on the back case
3)On the back of the watch covering the seamaster logo it had a transparent sticker with a red stripe on it and above it lied a white sticker with a bar code of the serial numbers of the watch (it actualy had H1 first and then the SN bar code)
4)With a warranty UNFILLED but it had the model number and the serial number of the watch (both in black print)
5)with the box, manual and leather wallet + 2 cards.
6)with a protective transparent sticker on the clasp and of course free of scratches

To me those seemed like signs of a new unworn watch BUT when I went to resize the bracelet to better fit my hand (at a different place) the seller said that the bracelet should have comed with 2 half sized metal links and that mine had only one.

Can anyone tell me if the watche's bracelet indeed comes with these 2 half sized metal links and if so help me guess how such a thing can happen -
If someone else wore the watch, did the delaer fake all the stickers etc?

I will appreciate your thoughts and comments,
Jax
