The 150th Anniversary model came out mid 1999 and should still be available.
The America's cup model was supposed to be available starting about now. But I have heard no reports of them showing up in stores yet.

: anniv. model Titanium on leather, do anyone
: have any info. pictures, prices etc of this
Most any existing model can be ordered on a strap. Contact an Omega dealer for more info. The version on a leather or sharkskin strap will be about $100-150 less than with the steel or titanium bracelet.
If you think you'll ever want the bracelet, it is almost always cheaper to buy the watch with the bracelet and buy a strap separately for an extra $80-120. Adding a bracelet later to the watch bought on a strap can cost $300-400!
